Microwave projects at the Sviaz 2020
Microwave Projects is a supplier of electronic component bases of the microwave range by domestic and foreign manufacturers. Another branch of the company business is the development and contract manufacturing of monolithic integrated circuits (MICs). Microwave Projects cooperates with several design centres focused on producing made-to-order microwave crystals. As of today Microwave Projects maintains contacts with open foundry companies that grow crystals on the basis of gallium nitride (GaN) and gallium arsenide (GaAs). The list of suppliers features a number of European and Asian manufacturers such as OMMIC, UWB TECH, Wavepia, and WIN Semiconductors.
The scope of operation of Microwave Projects is not limited to supplying electronic component bases. The company also selects components, supplies test samples, and provides technical support through all stages of the project.
At the Sviaz 2020 exhibition Microwave Projects will put on display ultra-small microwave solid-state amplifiers build with GaN transistors, as well as pilot projects of new MICs and their bodies, and modular solutions for crystals produced by the company’s own design centres.
