Russian Week of High Technologies 2025 (RWHT 2025) will take place at EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds, Moscow, Russia, from 22 through 25 April 2025. This is one of the key series of events related to information technologies, telecommunications, navigation, and telematics.
RWHT 2025 is organised by EXPOCENTRE AO with the support of the Russian Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media, the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Russian State Duma Committee on Science and Higher Education, and under the auspices of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Every year, Russian Week of High Technologies brings together cutting-edge exhibitions, special displays and a rich conference programme, covering the entire spectrum of digitalisation innovations.
The RWHT key events in 2025 are
- the 37th edition of the International Exhibition for Information and Communications Technology – Sviaz 2025
- the Display of Navigation Systems, Technologies and Services – Navitech 2025
- the International Consumer Electronics Exposition ICEE
Russian Week of High Technologies is included in the Designing the Future initiative of the Decade of Science and Technology in Russia.

The main topic of this year's exhibition is the development of IT and telecommunications in the context of import substitution and technological changes, their challenges and priorities.
The dominant part of the exhibition will be taken by telecommunication equipment and solutions for network infrastructure. It is also worth noting that this year's display will include technological developments for the internal needs of the state, business, and end users, such as solutions for cyber security, building a digital environment, mobile, satellite and radio communications, IoT and AI, and digital ecosystems.
Developers, leading integrators and major end-users will demonstrate satellite navigation advances, innovative solutions for transport telematics, equipment and specialised software, telematics platforms, and mapping applications at the Navitech 2025 Display of Navigation Systems, Technologies and Services.
Conference programme
The programme’s key event will the Sviaz Forum, organised by EXPOCENTRE AO with the support of the Russian Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media, the Russian State Duma Committee on Science and Higher Education, and RBC.
The participants of the Plenary Session on Connecting Beyond Time: Challenges and Priorities in the Age of Technological Change will discuss the following topics: development of the telecom industry taking into account logistical and financial changes, government initiatives for the Russian telecom industry, HR and AI, and innovations for applications and equipment.
Separate sessions will be devoted to the new vector of development of unified communications, the next stage in the development of the telecom equipment industry, and integration solutions as a way to effective import substitution.
Two important events of the conference programme will be held as part of the NTI Expo project (Research-Technologies-Innovations Expo): the Russian Software Forum: Effective Solutions, organised by the Russian State Duma Committee on Science and Higher Education, the Competence Center of Import Substitution in the ICT Sector, and EXPOCENTRE, and the Strategic Session on the Scientific and Technological Development of Russia in the Context of New Challenges: Priorities, Human Resources, Laws.
