Highlights of Sviaz 2026

The products sectors of Sviaz 2026 covered all key areas of ICT from telecom equipment, network infrastructure and cable products to cybersecurity systems, data centers, IoT, AI,  and navigation services. This year, the number of cybersecurity solutions on display have doubled compared to the previous edition. The range of equipment for satellite, mobile, and radio communications, as well as the range of offers for data centers and contact centers, have also significantly expanded.

This year's Russian regional pavilions were organised for the first time with the support of the Kaluga Region Business Development Agency and the Export Support Center of the Republic of Buryatia.

The most interesting solutions were:

Rosel Holding (part of Rostec Group): routers, quartz resonators, and contactless data transmission

One of the largest exhibitors was Rosel Holding.  It presented a complex of telecom equipment and Russian-made electronic components. The stand focused on the ISN415 and ISN505 series service routers, Russian access equipment for corporate networks with routing, switching and integrated network perimeter protection functions.

The nomenclature of the component base includes ultra-precise quartz resonators and generators for radio transmitters and microcontrollers used in communication and navigation equipment. The professional audience was particularly attracted by the technology of contactless data transmission based on fiber-optic cables, a solution that opens up opportunities for deploying communication channels in hard-to-reach or mode-sensitive facilities without having to break the cable line.

Incab: underwater fiber-optic cable and a full cycle of Russian production

Incab (one of the largest optical cable production plants in Europe, operating since 2007) has presented a line of more than 100 types of cable designs for all laying conditions. The main news was the announcement of the launch in April 2026 of the industrial production of underwater fiber-optic cable as part of a new plant in Primorsky Krai.

Kamskiy Kabel: a debut in the segment of fiber-optic cables

Kamskiy Kabel (Perm) is one of the leading Russian manufacturers of cable and wire products. The company took part in Sviaz for the first time as a manufacturer of fiber-optic cables for high-speed data transmission networks under the NETKAB brand. Optics production was launched at the plant in the spring of 2025. Sviaz 2026 became the company's debut platform in the telecommunications segment.

Eltex Communications: Wi-Fi 7 switches and 400G platforms for data centers

Eltex Communications (partner of Sviaz) presented a wide range of Russian-made network equipment. The company held a series of technical workshops on the architecture of advanced networks and Russian software capabilities at its stand and the annual Corporate Networks Conference, which brought together a full room of IT directors and network engineers.

Bazis Telecom: 800 Gbit/s backbone platform

Bazis Telecom has introduced the BZ-PAM-DW platform for backbone networks and data centers, which provides data transmission speeds of up to 800 Gbit/s per wavelength through adaptive modulation and intelligent management of spectral resources.

Informtekhnika Group: multiprotocol base station for emergency services

Informtekhnika Group presented a fully Russian-made suspended base station based on SDR technology (programmable radio), which simultaneously supports several professional communication standards such as DMR, TETRA and the national CPPR. The solution allows building hybrid networks without being tied to a single protocol. It is aimed at solving an urgent problem, which is related to the current disparate departmental communication standards of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Emergency, and the ambulance services. Now they have to communicate through dispatchers, which leads to wasting critical time in case of an emergency.

Conference programme

The conference programme of Russian Week of High Technologies 2026 featured more than 40 events, including:

  • The Sviaz 2026 Forum with the Plenary Session on Telecommunications as the Basis of Technological Sovereignty

  • Evgeny Ivashkevich, Rector at the Central University, stated that today the industry needs not so much classical engineers as product managers and technology entrepreneurs.

Special displays

The Navitech 2026 special display of navigation systems, technologies and services hosted Russian companies, which presented solutions for navigation and monitoring of motor transport, remote sensing of the Earth, high-precision satellite navigation, fleet management, construction of intelligent transport information systems, and navigation inside buildings (indoor positioning systems).

The Consumer Electronics Show demonstrated solutions and technologies in the field of custom products, including for the entertainment industry, e-sports, gaming, media, healthcare and outdoor activities. Ninkear showed advanced laptops and mini-PCs, offering visitors real-time testing. Manufacturers of smartphones and wearable electronics focused on the Russian market also participated in the show.
